Loan approvals, repayment obligations, applicable fees, service charges, operational costs, insurance integration, financial liabilities, and contractual responsibilities shall remain governed by individual agreements, sanction terms, repayment schedules, operational policies, applicable laws, and financial regulations. Customers are advised to carefully review all financial terms, repayment obligations, interest structures, penalties, processing conditions, and service agreements before accepting financial assistance or participating in BSFC programs.

BSFC may rely upon information provided by customers, applicants, SHG representatives, third-party service providers, banking partners, financial institutions, verification agencies, technology systems, or external operational sources. BSFC shall not be responsible for losses, delays, rejection of applications, service interruptions, or operational issues arising from inaccurate information, forged documentation, technical failures, banking network disruptions, internet connectivity issues, cyber incidents, force majeure circumstances, government actions, regulatory restrictions, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

BSFC websites, applications, digital systems, communication channels, and customer support platforms may contain links, integrations, references, or access points to third-party websites, payment gateways, banking institutions, technology providers, government portals, insurance services, financial service providers, or external operational systems. BSFC does not authorize any individual, agent, field representative, employee, consultant, intermediary, or third party to demand unauthorized cash payments, unofficial commissions, personal transfers, guaranteed approvals, or financial favors outside officially approved operational processes. Customers are strongly advised not to share OTPs, passwords, confidential banking credentials, verification codes, or sensitive financial information with unauthorized persons. Any suspicious activity, fraudulent communication, impersonation attempt, or unauthorized payment request should be immediately reported through official BSFC communication channels.

As a Self Help Group-powered and community-oriented institution, BSFC encourages responsible participation, lawful conduct, financial discipline, ethical behavior, and transparent operational engagement among SHG members, coordinators, customers, field representatives, and community participants. BSFC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, reject, investigate, or restrict access to services in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, policy violations, misuse of programs, abusive behavior, document forgery, repayment default, or operational non-compliance.

Nothing contained on BSFC websites, communication materials, presentations, operational content, marketing resources, or digital systems shall be interpreted as legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, financial planning advice, professional consulting services, or binding regulatory interpretation.
